1. Shipping Coverage

Ramayana Import & Export provides international shipping services for global buyers. The company exports agricultural and food products including rice varieties, pulses, spices, and vegetables to various countries according to international trade regulations.

2. Order Processing

Once the export order is confirmed and the required advance payment is received, the company initiates the procurement, processing, grading, packaging, and documentation procedures.

Processing timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Order quantity

  • Packaging requirements

  • Availability of stock

3. Delivery Timeline

Typical export shipment timelines are as follows:

  • Order Processing: 3 – 7 working days

  • Container Loading & Documentation: 3 – 5 working days

  • International Transit Time: Depends on destination port and shipping line

Exact delivery timelines will be communicated to the buyer at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping Terms

All shipments are executed based on mutually agreed Incoterms, including:

  • FOB (Free On Board)

  • CNF (Cost and Freight)

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

The responsibility of freight, insurance, and transportation will depend on the selected Incoterm agreed upon in the contract.

5. Packaging Standards

6. Shipping Documentation

Additional documentation may be provided upon request and may incur additional charges.

7. Customs and Import Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Import permits and licenses

  • Customs clearance at destination

  • Import duties and taxes

  • Compliance with destination country regulations

Ramayana Import & Export will provide all necessary export documentation required for shipment.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

Ramayana Import & Export shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control including:

  • Shipping line delays

  • Port congestion

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs clearance issues
